2. Printing defect detection principle

Therefore, in addition to choosing cameras and lenses with high definition, lighting design to create an imaging environment is also very important, and sometimes there will even be lighting systems specially designed for special defects. What we often call 100% quality inspection system actually refers to 100% full inspection in images that can fully show various defects

the minimum size of defects that can be found

the minimum unit of measurement of digital image is pixel, which itself does not represent the actual size of the subject

the correlation between the actual size of the subject and the pixel is achieved through a physical quantity called resolution. Resolution refers to the actual object size represented by each pixel. The smaller the resolution value, the higher the precision of the image, the smaller the defect size that the detection system can find, and the higher the detection accuracy

whether the image can be taken fast enough

just as the human eye sees a moving object, when the object moves fast enough, the human eye can no longer clearly observe the whole object. The eye camera of machine vision detection system also has an upper limit of shooting speed, that is, the main frequency of the camera. When the running speed of the subject exceeds the upper limit of the main frequency of the camera, and graphene can be used as a modified additive to prepare high molecular functional materials, the camera cannot obtain a clear and complete image, and the detection cannot continue normally. The higher the main frequency of the camera, the faster the acquisition speed, so that the detection can be carried out efficiently. Therefore, whether a camera with a sufficiently high dominant frequency is used is also a key factor to evaluate whether an imaging system is of high quality

2) mature image processing and analysis algorithm

image processing and analysis algorithm is equivalent to the judgment thinking of human brain during manual detection in the whole detection system. Because machine vision is a highly practical discipline, the evaluation of an algorithm depends more on the verification of practical applications than on whether more advanced or sophisticated theories are used in the algorithm. Therefore, a stable and efficient image processing and analysis algorithm that can fully simulate the judgment process and methods of human brain is what we need, that is, the so-called mature processing and analysis algorithm. Therefore, when designing processing algorithms, we need to fully analyze the human judgment process and convert it into computer language

3) good operability

good operability mainly requires that the application and operation of testing equipment should be concise, convenient and easy to understand. For example, the system has friendly human-computer interaction interface, good guiding operation design, etc

4) other stable supporting facilities

other supporting facilities refer to facilities other than the detection system, such as transmission control platform, defect treatment device (removal, alarm, marking, etc.). 3. With the strengthening of drug supervision by the National Drug Administration Department, electronic supervision code is an inevitable trend in the printing of medical labels. Relying on manual or simple printing detection system can not complete the detection of supervision code at all

III. application status of domestic pharmaceutical label detection equipment

visual label detection equipment has entered China for nearly a decade. Some foreign-funded daily chemical label printing enterprises first brought foreign detection equipment into China through the channel of setting up factories in China. After that, the large-scale label printing enterprises in China gradually began to choose similar testing equipment out of consideration of competition and other factors. However, the application of foreign testing equipment in the field of electronic and pharmaceutical labels with high quality requirements is relatively small. The main reason is that the requirements of electronic, pharmaceutical and other industries for label quality are quite different from those of daily chemical labels. In terms of detection accuracy, special defects and detection efficiency, foreign equipment can not better meet the needs of domestic users

after 2007, the market share of domestic label detection equipment has exceeded 60%, becoming the mainstream. At present, in the domestic pharmaceutical label printing industry, the market share of domestic equipment has reached 90%, and domestic equipment has been widely accepted

in the traditional quality control process, the detection of printing quality depends on human eyes. There are two disadvantages: one is that the manual detection is affected by factors such as mood, physical health, fatigue and the interference of the surrounding environment, and the detection standard cannot be well grasped and implemented. One of the quality control is that the tensile fixture accounts for about 80% of the total fixture, which is poor; The second is that for some special defects (such as some defects on reflective and transparent materials), it is difficult for the human eye to find them when observing at a fixed position, and it is necessary to constantly adjust the observation position or viewing angle direction to find these defects, which increases the degree of artificial fatigue and makes it more difficult to ensure the detection results. Many printing enterprises contacted by the author, because of the pressure of customer complaints, the quality inspection department had to adopt the method of manual multiple tests of the same product to ensure the test results, but the effect was not ideal due to the instability of manual testing and other factors

from the perspective of equipment performance characteristics, the domestic medical label detection equipment represented by Daheng image mainly meets the needs of users in three aspects: fine defect detection, electronic supervision code recognition and phase detection, and equipment application efficiency.
