insiders put forward several suggestions on how to reasonably recycle and utilize waste paper:

1. Strictly control the purchase of waste paper raw materials. In particular, imported waste paper, in the current situation of more supply channels and unpredictable business means, we should be more cautious. The enterprise must conduct a comprehensive investigation on the waste paper suppliers, understand the real situation, supply and marketing sources and history, economic strength, reputation, etc. of the business unit, select reliable supply partners, and purchase goods by agreement, so as to avoid being cheated and causing undue economic losses

2. For enterprises with considerable scale, strong financial strength and strong technical force, when purchasing foreign old corrugated boxes, old magazine paper and old paper, they can also introduce foreign existing deinking technology and equipment, including production lines, to produce high-quality recycled pulp, replace wood pulp fibers, and produce high-grade and multi variety products. This is not only conducive to environmental governance, but also can significantly increase benefits. For enterprises that have already recovered straw pulp alkali, they can also use imported waste paper recycled pulp to add straw pulp and commercial wood pulp, and prepare high-grade cultural paper in proportion, which can not only reduce pollution load, save pollution control costs, but also reduce production costs

3. For paper mills that have been shut down or have no hope of pollution control and are about to be shut down, a small amount of money can be invested to slightly improve and transform the original equipment. Domestic waste paper can be used to produce low-grade toilet paper, ordinary corrugated paper or recycled paper, and domestic and imported waste pulp can also be used to make medium and high-grade products. It is possible to get out of the difficulties of raw material shortage and difficult pollution control and turn to a virtuous cycle

4. When purchasing waste paper, enterprises should classify and use it in combination with their own equipment conditions, technical strength and production varieties. 5. Domestic machinery manufacturers, chemical manufacturers and papermaking enterprises, scientific research institutes of linear error and other relevant units jointly develop advanced deinking equipment and deinking agents, enhancers and other chemicals, constantly improve the technical level of equipment for recycling paper from waste paper and the adaptability of paper varieties, and promote the rapid development of waste paper utilization
